Boating under the influence is an ongoing concern for obvious (to most) reasons. Our officers patrol all of Connecticut's navigable waters and the Long Island Sound year round. At peak use times, special operations are frequently run specifically targeting BUI and safety violators. Education and prevention are integral components of our efforts.
